This Return Policy explains the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from our website or any related services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By making a purchase through our Services, you agree to comply with this Return Policy.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• The return must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be purchased directly from PDubs Fire Hub. Products purchased from third-party sellers or retailers must be returned to them according to their respective return policies.
• Electronic Downloads are NOT eligible for return or refund.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange as follows:

• Refund: If eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchange: If you prefer to exchange the item for another product, please indicate your desired replacement when initiating the return. The exchange will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs, as applicable
